Little Wild Horse Canyon
Because it is just 5 miles from Goblin Valley in Utah, Little wild horse canyon has become the most visited location in the San Rafael Swell. The main narrows can be reached after 10 minutes of walking along a dry river bed. The canyon is wide in some places and very narrow in others with high walls that one actually needs to turn sideways in order to squeeze through. The incredible colors and textures of the sandstone are wonderous to behold. Little Wild Horse Canyon is as much a joy to see as is the famous Antelope Canyon located outside of Page Arizona. It's just not as well lit, but you don't need to reserve a tour, and can explore at your leisure.
